This time round, I had the opportunity to look at a recent Orient model from a new product line, Stylish and Smart. This product line is targeted at young people just like what Seiko did with its now discontinued SUS (Simple & Strong) line many years ago.

Orient launched three of its Orient Star models in the international market recently. The three models come with GMT, Retrograde and Open Heart features respectively.

I had the opportunity to handle a Brightz Phoenix chronograph by Seiko. There were several colour variants under this design and they were supposed to replace the older 8R28 models. Most of them were limited to either 500 or 700 pieces. This model is limited to 700 pieces.
