This has been posted somewhere before but I’m making my own version here for the benefit of those who have not seen it.

This GS folding buckle can actually be dismantled and certain components can be put together to form a standard GS buckle. So, if you have this, you actually have both the folding and the standard buckle.

Picture below shows the top part of the buckle being taken apart.

These are the components required for making the standard buckle.

There you go, the standard buckle derived from the folding buckle. What a brilliant design.

The illustrations below shows the dimension of the buckles. I often get emails asking about them.

The SBGM003 was the first GS to come with this GS folding buckle.
