I posted a couple of new Orient watches recently and the 200m diver style watch seems to be the most popular among them. Having enjoyed the watch over the last few days, I now take a look at one of the new dress watches.
The watch I am looking at this time comes from the Classic Automatic line and is an international model.
Here’s a quick photo review of the watch. Three most salient features of this watch if you ask me are: power reserve, sapphire crystal and textured dial.
Model# CFD0F002B
Here’s a closer look at the dial. Besides the texture, I also like the shape of the hour marker. The symbol above the 6 o’clock marker means “Sapphire crystal”.
Side profile.
Here’s a caseback shot.
The model comes with leather strap and a signed deployant buckle.
Here are all the colour variants seen on Orient’s website.

Hi Yeoman!
I’ve just received this clock today and I like it very much. The only thing that worries me is the automatic mechanism: its very loud! Have you noticed this behaviour in any other 46N Orient movements?
Thanks a lot for your reviews!

I notice that the movement of the rotor is louder than other watches. Don’t worry, your watch should be fine.

Hi Yeoman,
I have question regarding the marking on the dial.
I saw there were some like Japan Mov’t, Japan BK, Japan TH.
What does it mean / what is the difference among those code?
Thanks.
